Mr. Evangelos Drimpetas has been Non-Executive President of the Board of Directors of AEONIC SECURITIES C.I.F. PLC since 2016. He is a Professor and Head of the Department of Economics in the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece. He has studied law and holds a BA from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, holds a master’s Degree in the Economic Development from the University Paris II and a PhD from Sorbonne University Paris I in the field of Technological Evolution and Structural Transformation of Industrial Economies. He has extensive research and writing work that includes five books and a significant number of publications in scientific journals on topics such as finance, capital markets operation, money, and corporate governance. He served as an expert for the European Commission and participated in a significant number of Boards of Directors in the broader public or private sector, particularly in the field of investment and insurance services. Mr. Evangelos Drimpetas is currently a member of the Governing Board of the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA), which is the competent Authority responsible for ensuring the quality of higher education in Cyprus.

Mr. Charalampidis has been the Managing Director and member of the Board of AEONIC SECURITIES C.I.F. PLC since 2015. He has worked in the provision of several advisory and investment services firms like SOLIDUS SECURITIES ISF in Athens and APPLETON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT S.A. in Dublin. He holds a BA in Financial Services from Guildhall University, London and he was previously certified with the Irish Capital Market Committee, the National Futures Association (NFA) USA, and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Basic & Advanced Certifications). He has participated in numerous M&As and project financing transactions, offering research and identification of targets, deal structure designing, closure of transaction, and documentation coordination. He has also successfully completed the listing of both shares and debt issues from several issuers in Athens and Nicosia stock exchanges.

Mrs. Chrysafi Gloria has been a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors AEONIC SECURITIES C.I.F. PLC since 2015. She is an Advocate running her own Law Firm in Cyprus since 2014 and is a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2011. She has studied Law in the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) in UK and holds an ΜΒΑ ( Master of Business Administration) from the University of Cyprus. Mrs. Chrysafi is certified with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Advanced Certification).

Mr. Stephanos Kazantzis has been an Executive Director of the Board of Directors AEONIC SECURITIES C.I.F. PLC since 2015. He holds a BSc Robotics and a MSc International Securities, Investment and Banking from the Henley Business School in the University of Reading, UK. He is certified with the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (Basic & Advanced Certifications).

Mr. Alexandros Sinos has been a Director of the Board of Directors AEONIC SECURITIES C.I.F. PLC since the foundation of the Company in 2012. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Athens. He has been working in the investment services sector in Greece for more than 15 years and is certified with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (AML & Advanced Certifications).
