Remuneration Policy and Procedures

The Remuneration received by Employed Persons (executives and employees of all kinds) remunerated by AEONIC SECURITIES CIF Plc is Fixed. The company does not provide Variable Remuneration to its executives and employees.

Specifically:

  • Fixed Remuneration constitutes the Fixed Salary (guaranteed income) received by the Employed Persons of the Company and is not linked to their performance.
  • The level of Fixed Remuneration reflects the knowledge, professional experience, and responsibility of the position of the Employed Person, as described in the Company's internal regulations and the relevant contract entered into between the Employed Person and the Company, within the framework of the Remuneration determined by the Board of Directors.

Indicative criteria for determining the amount of Fixed Remuneration include:

The nature of the work/employment of the Employed Person.

The content and extent of the duties of the Employed Person.

The responsibility assumed by the Employed Person in their position.

The professional qualifications of the Employed Person.

The experience of the Employed Person.

Any additional non-salary benefits provided (e.g., mobile phone use, company car, computer) fall under Fixed Remuneration.

Any change in the amount of Fixed Remuneration can be established only by written agreement between the Company and the relevant Employed Person. The change of the salary level does not consist Variable Remuneration.
