Equity or Bond Placement

AEONIC SECURITIES CIF Plc provides its corporate clients with the service of Financial Instrument Placement without underwriting commitment (placement). Placement is the service provided directly by the Company or through one or more cooperating European Investment Firms or Banks, which undertake to place - sell to investors - mainly in the primary market, the issuer's financial instruments, either by assuming a firm commitment to the client (underwriting) or without such commitment (simple placement).

AEONIC SECURITIES CIF Plc only provides simple placement services and not underwriting services, meaning it does not undertake a firm commitment to place the securities.

AEONIC SECURITIES CIF Plc provides these placement services exclusively through one of the three following methods:

(a) by simple aggregation to find potential sources of client financing,
(b) by assisting in structuring a client's financial transaction,
(c) by a combination of the above (a) and (b).

In providing the Placement Service, AEONIC SECURITIES CIF Plc acts solely on behalf of its client and in no case directly purchases the offered securities, either for its own account or for other investors.
